What is it about?
Leadership takes many forms, just as people do. Some leaders naturally connect with others and foster meaningful relationships, while others may have a different approach. Our monthly virtual roundtables bring together 5-6 leaders to discuss pressing leadership topics, share insights, and work through real challenges. It’s a place where genuine, relaxed conversations happen, focused on finding solutions and learning from one another’s experiences.
This isn’t just another webinar or lecture – it’s a space for deep, meaningful discussions. Leadership is full of unique challenges, and sometimes the best ideas come from conversations with those who have been in your shoes.
Over mij
Sinds 2012 ben ik zelfstandig ondernemer en coach en ondersteun ik zowel op consultancy als interim basis bedrijven in transitie op het gebied van leiderschap, team- en organisatieontwikkeling en verandermanagement. Daarnaast begeleid ik bedrijven bij cultuurtransformatieprocessen en ben ik strategisch adviseur en facilitator voor organisaties die streven naar positieve sociale verandering.
Mijn coachingspraktijk is gebaseerd op bijna 20 jaar leiderschapservaring in verschillende sectoren. Van Fortune 500 bedrijven, agentschappen en start-up’s t/m non-profitorganisaties in Europa, Azië, Noord-Amerika, Amerika en Afrika. Daardoor kan ik me goed inleven in het veeleisende werk van leidinggevenden en teams.
Mijn aanpak is samen te vatten met “down to earth”. Praktisch, realistisch en strategisch, maar ook intuïtief en inzichtgevend. Zonder poespas en met een goed ontwikkeld gevoel voor de interventies die nodig zijn om mensen en processen op een hoger plan te brengen.
