Do you not want a coaching program, but would you like to discuss your own development as a manager and/or the development of your team? I can also help you then. With the Coaching strip card, Coaching on the go or a Kickstart session. My services are all about what you want and what is needed. From a one-off session to longer-term individual, leadership and/or team coaching programs.

Coaching strip card

You don’t need a long-term coaching program, but would like to occasionally discuss a work-related question. Or you want to boost your development for a limited investment of time and money.

For situations like this, the Coaching strip card is ideal. Depending on what you want or need, you can choose 3, 5, 7 or 10 strips. One strip represents 1 hour and each card is valid for 12 months.

Coaching on the go

JYou want to regularly brainstorm with a professional discussion partner, perhaps because you have to make some difficult decisions, or want to stay sharp on how things can be done better, both for yourself and your team.

Then you can use the flexible coaching on the go subscription (1, 2, 3 or 4 hours per month). You indicate when there is something you want to discuss, after which we will schedule an online conversation at short notice.

Kickstart session

You want to look at an issue or yourself with a fresh perspective and investigate whether there are other solutions and possibilities. A one-off kickstart session is very suitable for this.

You present the issue in advance by phone or e-mail, so that we can go in-depth during the online session. A Kickstart will give you insight into other options and the actions you can take. After 2 or 3 weeks, we will have an evaluation meeting.
