Tibet, Nepal, India, Brazil, Peru, Spain and Mexico. These trips have literally and figuratively deepened my perspective, as have the “hard lessons” I have received, just like everyone else.
Throughout this leadership work, I discovered that many people have lost touch with themselves, with who they really are. In most cases, an excessive focus on numbers and targets is the root cause. As a result, we have lost the connection with ourselves and with each other.
As a leadership coach, I help you restore that connection and break free from limiting beliefs and old patterns of behavior. Since 2012, I have been an independent entrepreneur and coach and I support companies in transition, both on a consultancy and interim basis, in the field of leadership, team and organizational development and change management.
