If you get stuck somewhere in your life, it often has to do with unconscious patterns. Inner blocks, negative beliefs, and critical thoughts, imposed by family, school or society that you believe are true. They are deeply rooted in your system.
At the same time, we try to solve our problems from reason. That’s exactly why our solutions don’t work. Because 95% of our behavior is automatic, unconscious behavior.
You will have to tap into and reprogram your subconscious self. That’s where your deeply ingrained patterns are. Your doubts. Your fears.
When you start recognizing that, you can break free from those blockages. And you can focus on what is important to you.

How my journey started
Together with my sister, I grew up in a loving family, with parents who ran a family business. My sister was the high-flyer. I was a sensitive girl and struggled at school.
Although it wasn’t called that at the time, I turned out to be dyslexic, causing teachers to label me as stupid. My self-confidence broke. As a highly sensitive person (HSP), I tried to adapt myself. And did everything to meet the expectations of the outside world.
Which, of course, I didn’t succeed. Even worse, I came to believe that I couldn’t do anything.
Determined to prove myself, I pursued a college degree and MBA. After my mother died, I threw myself fully into my work to ease the grief. Feelings and emotions were not talked about.
All that hard work resulted in a promotion and to the outside world I had the perfect life. A great job as a manager at a large corporate with a generous salary. A dream house. An expensive car. A great social life… Everything to make me feel successful and happy.
But under the surface, I felt completely different. No one saw my constant feeling of inadequacy, of not being good enough. My body was exhausted, and I experienced an emptiness in my heart.
And when, shortly before the age of 40, I lost my father, my sister, and that well-paying job, I fell into a deep, black hole.
I no longer knew who I was or what I wanted.
Things needed to change. Drastically.
In search of answers, I boarded a plane to Asia. Without a true plan in mind, I visited monasteries, retreats, and spiritual masters.
I ended up in a Tibetan monastery, where I moved with the rhythm of the monks. Sleep, meditate, eat, work, meditate….
In the silence, I met myself head-on and learned valuable lessons. About surrender, acceptance, and myself. Once you understand that your thoughts are just thoughts and not reality, you can change your life.
In 2015, I just survived a serious scooter accident in Vietnam. After I was released from hospital, I rented a small flat to recover. Without family or friends. With the hustle and bustle of the city around me. Sirens, people, music. And as I lay awake one night, peace suddenly came over me.
I decided to surrender to the situation and have faith in the idea that life was taking care of me.
In the months of my recovery, I put to use all the principles, techniques and knowledge I had gained in the eight years before. I wrote my own script.
Determined to stop letting what others expected of me hold me back. To stop keeping myself small and feeling not-good-enough. And this completely transformed my life.

I realised I had a golden formula to help other people free themselves from their self-imposed limitations.
Over the past 10 years, I have coached thousands of people in my practice as a mental & transformation coach through 1:1 coaching and leadership training. I made them realize that they don’t have to become anything other than what they already are.
The confidence, your power and sense of purpose and fulfilment are very close – the key to your happiness is within yourself.
The journey to get to your highest potential is confronting, challenging and requires your full dedication. But the results are more than worth it.

I also followed the internationally recognized NLP training (neuro linguistic programming) Master Practitioner and may call myself Hypnotherapist, Motivation Coach, Leadership Coach and coach in the field of social and emotional intelligence.
